When reading and listening, we are consuming the information. Knowledge can never be pushed, from outside, with force. It is always pulled, from inside. Willingness to learn is a must. The speaker must establish a connection with the listeners. Otherwise, no matter how sharp the logic is, crystal clear explanation, but in the absence of connection, words will not land in their mind. Remember, the brain is the most precious asset we have and must not easily allow anyone to enter into that. Parents and teachers are said to be the worst presenters😊, as they have the same audience daily, the children. So for effective parenting, select a suitable time for training and, instead of correction, make connections.
